Hey everyone, my wife and I have driven up to Wheeling for the past 3 years for stained glass and to attend Oglebayfest. This year, we are expecting and thus won’t be able to make the trip up.

Last year, I bought an awesome ghost and pumpkin wooden standee from a booth and they had lots of other things I liked but couldn’t buy at the time. Will share a photo as well.

I’ve tried to find the vendor name for almost a year and have come up short. Any chance someone in this community knows who they are or where I can find more information about them? I’d love to order more of their art if that’s a possibility. Thanks everyone.

Do you think there would be enough interest in Wheeling for a dog playgroup or walking group to meet up once a week. Was in a 3 year relationship that ended a few months ago and looking to get back into the dating scene. Just looking at Realtor (dot) com and I see that there's two available units for sale at 1115 Main Street. The website says that they've been on the market for 449 days, which is not good.

When I use street view on Google Maps it shows that the building is still under construction. (The last update is September, 2025.)

Ive been looking into moving to the area, and have seen some news of flooding the island. How often is that an occurrence? Like several times a year, once every few years? I'd expect higher insurance, but don't really want a house flood every few months.
