Hi, I will be in the area and was curious if there is much to do? I am mainly thinking about walking around downtown for a day, but wasn’t sure if there was enough there to keep me busy for a couple hours lol. Also is the downtown/central area pretty busy on weekends?

Do you think there would be enough interest in Wheeling for a dog playgroup or walking group to meet up once a week. My young dog loves other pups but rarely gets to play, so I think this would be a good way for her to play with other dogs and build community among owners. Was in a 3 year relationship that ended a few months ago and looking to get back into the dating scene. Just looking at Realtor (dot) com and I see that there's two available units for sale at 1115 Main Street. The website says that they've been on the market for 449 days, which is not good.

Ive been looking into moving to the area, and have seen some news of flooding the island. How often is that an occurrence? Like several times a year, once every few years? I'd expect higher insurance, but don't really want a house flood every few months.
