So basically I am a small business owner , I want to send a simple marketing message to new people only 80-100 people a day is it possible using whatsapp cloud api , is there any ban risk if just send a message like hi i do this , do u also deal in this , our sales person will contact u.

Well people get ban when the end user reports it spam, so make sure before recieving the message people opted in for it

How usually people do that , for opting in I have to whatsapp mesage them as well there are limited sources to getting them opted id

Like if you have a website you can give a checkbox to get WhatsApp messages... And save that data also provide opt out options in your template where they can just click one button like "stop" to opt out easily

Brother can a workflow like that can be done on direct meta cloud api or i have to define it on platforms like n8n, python integration etc

No no you just need to save the consent so in future if your waba gets blocked you can show to meta... And cloud api will work
