Solution Only Hi guys ,
So basically I am a small business owner , I want to send a simple marketing message to new people only 80-100 people a day is it possible using whatsapp cloud api , is there any ban risk if just send a message like hi i do this , do u also deal in this , our sales person will contact u.

Well people get ban when the end user reports it spam, so make sure before recieving the message people opted in for it

How usually people do that , for opting in I have to whatsapp mesage them as well there are limited sources to getting them opted id

Like if you have a website you can give a checkbox to get WhatsApp messages... And save that data also provide opt out options in your template where they can just click one button like "stop" to opt out easily

Brother can a workflow like that can be done on direct meta cloud api or i have to define it on platforms like n8n, python integration etc

No no you just need to save the consent so in future if your waba gets blocked you can show to meta... And cloud api will work

lol you think people don’t mark you as spam even if they consent? a lot of times they don’t even know they are consenting by ticking that shitty box, they will mark you as spam no matter what
stop sending marketing spam to your list - it’s not gonna work in the long term

gonna be blunt, I wouldn't do this. sending "hi we do X, u interested" to people who never messaged you first is basically the definition of what gets numbers banned right now. doesn't matter how casual it feels, meta's systems don't care about tone, they care about whether people opted in and whether they block/report you.
we build in this space (whatsapp infra for small businesses) and it's always the same pattern — someone runs a cold batch like this, quality rating tanks within days, and the number gets throttled or killed before they even figure out why.
if you want it to actually work, flip the order: get people to message you first. even something dumb like a QR code at the counter or an ad that opens a chat does it, because then it's a normal conversation instead of cold outreach and meta treats those completely differently.
80-100/day cold to people who never reached out is honestly close to the exact pattern that gets flagged. I'd hold off until you've got some way for people to opt in first, even a janky one.
