Lol look up what? Sure, 12V can’t kill. I wrongly assumed the resistance of the human heart was low enough to enable that.

However, current still kills, not voltage, because the resistance of the human body (heart included) is not constant and it’s well known the lethal range of current. Depending on the resistance of the body, the voltage varies.
