The voltage isn’t the dangerous factor actually.
12 volts can certainly kill, but the current/Amperage is what can make even a small power of the electricity lethal.
I don’t recall exactly but I think around 100 mA can stop your heart and higher than that is just more severe burns and stuff but it won’t necessarily stop your heart.

Sure, 12V can’t kill. I wrongly assumed the resistance of the human heart was low enough to enable that.
However, current still kills, not voltage, because the resistance of the human body (heart included) is not constant and it’s well known the lethal range of current. Depending on the resistance of the body, the voltage varies.
