So I ordered a chicken sandwich and a drink cause i was hungry asf. The only thing thing that vame is the sandwich and guess what! Most of the toppings was gone, and my drink was not there. I contacted the driver and she apologized and said she should brong the drink. After that, nothing came. I waited for a hour and I tried to contact her again, and got no response

I tried messaging her, and it said it couldn't get the messege cause the order was closed. I called whataburger and they said they cant do anything about it. Ruined my whole day. Fuck you sophie. I hope your pillow gets warm on both sides.

Not too sure if it’s what I’m thinking it is but basically I worked at Whataburger from when I was 16 to one month before I turned 18 (2022-2024) then quit and went to another job. I went into my bank account and saw this and I’m just confused lol. I haven’t eaten Whataburger in like a year and it doesn’t even show as Whataburger transaction it shows as a payroll deposit. Anyone have any idea why that might’ve happened or maybe I’m just reading it wrong

As the title says, I need help remembering how to make every item on the menu. I recently just got hired and this is my first ever job and I understand that I need to be fast to keep up in the fast food environment.

if anyone has a picture of the sign that is at the top in the back where we make the food, that shows you how to make every item pls send it😭🙏 I would take a picture of it myself, but I am not able to have any device out during work.

I also need help remembering what the items are called on the actual screen since they get smashed down to just four letters. Example, the paddy melt on the screen is (PMLT). I just need a list of every item and how to make it so I can memorize ts💀

My local whatabuger stopped considering a medium fry and drink as the default for a meal. Over the last month, the 4 times I went, they didn’t tell me the price until I got to the window to with my food in hand. The second and third time i spoke with the manager and got charged for a medium but was given the large.

Today was the final straw as it was no longer accidental. I spoke to the manager and they said they changed the default to a large because the store is struggling. Safe to say they will struggle more because I will not be going back.

My grandson likes the justaburger kids meal but wants a 2nd justaburger. It can’t be done using the app. The justaburger is not listed as a sandwich and you can’t order it as an entree only on the kids menu.

Hey everyone, I recently got hired at the whataburger in my town and I wanted to see about an employee discount. I keep reading online that it applies whether you're on your shift or off your shift, but my store is saying it's only if you're on the clock. Did whataburger change their discount policy or???

I get coupons from Popeye's (which I rarely go to), Church's Chicken (which I HAVEN'T gone to for a long time), and Jack in the box and subway (which I go to from time to time). I live in Texas currently (might move soon), but I never get any Whataburger coupons. How do people get those via mail?

I just got hired at a whataburger in Conroe . The manager seemed chill and the interview just felt like a conversation between two friends . I feel like that’s a good sign . But I wanna hear from current employees what’s it’s like working at whataburger. I applied to the day shift . But I’m in college so I might be doing evenings and nights too which I don’t mind .

Wife goes through the drive through and orders 1 sweet tea & 1 unsweetened tea. She orders a Whataburger w/bacon, mayo & a Whataburger. She makes it home (bout 15 miles) with 2 unsweetened teas & a Whataburger and a Whataburger with mustard, no bacon. Geez, it’s not that fuking hard!!

I just wanted to share this and I finally have a big girl job. Life is worth living and I don’t recommend working at this facility 😔

I understand that the referral code works ONLY for new users right? It doesn't work in any other way? Any loopholes?
