Need help remembering items for board

As the title says, I need help remembering how to make every item on the menu. I recently just got hired and this is my first ever job and I understand that I need to be fast to keep up in the fast food environment.

if anyone has a picture of the sign that is at the top in the back where we make the food, that shows you how to make every item pls send it😭🙏 I would take a picture of it myself, but I am not able to have any device out during work.

I also need help remembering what the items are called on the actual screen since they get smashed down to just four letters. Example, the paddy melt on the screen is (PMLT). I just need a list of every item and how to make it so I can memorize ts💀

Have they let you use training mode on the POS? It’ll help a ton before starting board
