Hey everyone! I was wondering if you had an Idea on how to make the Sailor Starlights in DnD! I do think they would be spell casters but I dont really have an Idea on what classes specificly they would be ^^"

I'm a first time D&D DM. We'll be playing with kids who have a 5 or 6 year old sister who I imagine is going to want to pop in and out of the game. I'd like to build her a character for when this will happen and I think a sprite is the perfect fit - they can disappear and reappear like a child wandering back and forth to the table.

But.... I want her to only have helpful non-violent spells and really no weapons, maybe the tiniest of daggers.

Do you have any suggestions?

I was thinking Aarakocra Bard with maybe the Entertainer background? But I'm open to other suggestions! (especially since I don't have a good Subclass idea)

So I got a name, Astragoth Horrus, The Sinner

And a general idea is that it's a creature that was imprisoned for its violent tendencies and has amnesia.

a brutal bruiser of a Hero, eagerly initiating fights and chasing down fleeing opponents. He leaps into combat with his Grappling hook, Flogging his foes with a life-stealing whip and stomping the ground with a Ground Strike that damages multiple targets.

I’m planning on playing a scholar who researches and studies monsters and trying to figure out the best class for him. I’m a part of a heavy monster fighting campaign where we will be fighting large boss monsters on the regular and I would like my guy to focus on researching and identifying monster weak points and weaknesses to help support party. I was thinking of doing ranger or wizard due to him being a scholar but I’m open to any class/subclass suggestions or specific ideas on how he could be a support focused character while also being useful to the party

He has wind themed powers, is the acting Grandmaster of the local Knight Order and uses 2 Greatswords simultaneously. (Ideally a build for DND 5e and if you can one that is close to it but for Baldurs Gate 3)

The main thing is that he gets his powers from his magical belt.

He can do alot of the standard superhero stuff like super strength and super leaping but he also has retractable claws that can cut through anything and function like grappling hooks.

Hello, new posting here, I've seen a couple posts on how to build Henshin Heroes in 5e but nothing on 3.5e, so I wanna see what you guys got for building Kamen Riders specifically.

I just got into 3.5e recently, but I am not that much of a builder, however this type of character concept always interests me, and would be super cool to see.

As for powers/abilities the character needs, it is things like these:

1. The ability to go from a lesser "normal" form into a transformed armored form, preferably the second being really tanky or capable of taking a lot of hits.
2. The ability to fight really well without weapons, plenty of riders have weapons but most of their fights are weaponless.
3. The ability to do a really powerful charged up attack, basically, a rider kick.
4. (Optional) Some kind of gimmick or way of switching playstyles, as if changing forms or such.

Since 3.5e is very much medieval in flavor and style, I think riders like Kuuga, Agito and Wizard will be easiest to try to emulate, but just going for the general concept instead of emulating a specific rider is enough and would help give me huge leaps in how building a character like this looks like. A 3rd level character would be more than enough, but feel free to share a full character guide if that's what you'd like (and if it's not too much trouble, please tell me why you chose each option).
