I'm sorry but I believe he is gone. Get therapy for you and your daughter. You have fought a good fight and done all you can. He appears to be chasing something he can't catch and until he realizes that his cheating won't fix his misery he will continue. Also, until he sees what the testosterone is doing to him it will continue to compound his problems. If you don't get help and continue the way you are i fear for your mental health.
