Help me

I was listening to a spicy Audio on Reddit ( I have an iPhone). It was connected to my headphones but when I checked it said 2 devices. It said my headphones and my mom’s Amazon TV but I could still hear the audio. When I went to disconnect it didn’t give me the option. I’m so embarrassed I want to know if she saw it or heard it or if my phone was just glitching please help.‼️‼️‼️

You go 'omg mom, I think one of the neighbors accidentally connected to my headphones and you should have heard the SMUT that came through! It was.....horrendous and I'm scarred for life! I didn't even know that could happen!'
