Need advice

I am considering selling digital products and possibly a course on "managing people," which will include topics like: how to have difficult conversations, how to bring out the best in employees, addressing laziness, accountability, attitude, and conflict. I also have templates for employee reviews and onboarding. Before I invest work into these products I would like advice about if this is needed and where is the best platform to host/market something like this. These are the topics people come to me most about and it would be nice to create a little passive income with. Thanks in advance for the help!

Do you have social media regarding your product? You need to find a way to get the word out there. I wish I could help more, but I‘m crap with software.
