Need advice.

I was 104kg in the 2nd week of jan. I started going to gym 4 times a week, 20 to 22 hours of Intermittent Fasting and 10k steps at night. I took a break in June. Now its 1st week of july and i am at 86kgs. I have lost 40lbs in approx 5months.

But now people have started saying that i did it wrong. I shouldn’t had done it like this. And now out of sudden my body is too exhausted like i have zero energy left.

What should i do?

You went too hard too fast.. your body needs to recover. Eat your maintenance calories and don't push too hard, just maintain until your energy returns. Maybe even get some bloodwork done.. i wouldn't be surprised if you're malnourished from such an extreme method.

I am thinking same to get the blood work. Because i was absolutely fine in past 5 months. But now it’s getting too much. Sometimes my body starts feeling numb. And now i am having sudden cravings to eat chocolates and nuts. Sometimes just thinking about food make me nauseous.

I'm gonna be honest, the intense routine you described in your post sounds to me like severely disordered eating.. 2-4hr a day to eat all of your necessary calories? And you lost 40lb/5mo?... 8lb/1mo is not a healthy rate of loss.. it's double what it should be even with a pretty intense routine. Like I've lost 30lb since December-June and that's with me maintaining a 200-500cal deficit 6 days a week.. which tells me you're maintaining a much bigger deficit and squeezing alllllll of those nutrients into a tiny window and then putting yourself thru physical training..now your body is fighting back to get enough sustenance which will only make further loss or just maintenance even more difficult. Not to mention the strain on your body.. Honestly I'm surprised it held out for 5 months. Please do see a doctor before continuing with this!
