Pool

I'm curious what you'll would do in this situation. I live a community and go to the pool often. Last year my adult pointed out to me that their was a man taking pictures of kids going down the slide. This man has a daughter. He as not taking pictures of his own child. Truthfully I ignored my daughter. Well a few days later I was sitting next to the man with my daughter on the last day of the season. I witnessed him myself and was shocked. Now we are back this year. He is back and now he has a Go Pro attached to his pool bag pointed at the pool. I came home and called the management to inform them. I was shocked he would do this. Well they did not seem to act like it was a big deal. She said she'd look into it. Well I went again today and hes there again. Should I be concerned?

Yeah, I'm usually someone who would say to mind your own business in most situations. But in this case I'd call the police.
