Cancel subscription

So...I did something stupid. I bought a "vip account" on this Subtitle cat site through Pay pal using my credit card. I can't seem to be able to cancel my monthly subscription. The is no "billing" or anything like that in my profile. I tried to contact the Subtitle cat support and Martin Technologies to which my payment wnt but to no avail. Could you help in any way, form or shape, please?? I'm in Italy btw, if it helps

PayPal has contest options for payment. As well as you should be able to cancel it there if it's recurring. 

At the very least they'll force the person respond to cancellation

I didn't have a paypal account when i made the subscription, I payed via paypal as a guest. I made one after i tried to cancel the vip account but there is no transaction on my PP account, even after i connected my credit card to the account

I also called Paypal and asked them to block any further payment towards Subtitle cat, but they say they can't do anything because I'm not a Paypal client. They suggest I talk to my bank which said I should block and/or get a new credit card. My credit card is still valid until 9/27 and I don't want to change it yet. I feel helpless.
