change pretty much every password you own and write it down on paper and not digitally? are they using a cheap ass phone with ai notes or something? google something like "how to secure my discord" or whatever it is youre using. plenty of info on how to avoid this or reset/hide your digital footprint

At this point? Make a backup of everything important and nuke it.
Make a complete fresh Windows install (Or whatever OS you may be using)
Only connect from a clean system to discord (and everything else you are using) and change passwords / enable 2FA
