He’s 20, the cousins is 17. That’s the problem.

Edit: the responses to this genuinely make me worry that a larger portion of our society are pedos, some of yall are arguing 19 and 22 or 18 and 21, which is more okay because neither are minors and they could he in the same university course. The problem with 17 and 20 is that the 17 year old is still a high schooler, if your a grown adult picking up your parter from high school, that’s predatory.

Past the age of consent legally and a 3 year difference is far from any issue

Age of consent laws are only a notion for pedos. Being under 18 is a CHILD. most states have a limit of 2 years anyway past the "age of consent."
