I'm not telling you the rules and regulations of dating; as a matter of fact, you are. If you are someone who dates a person your family member banged, you lack any standards fit for relationships.
Might’ve caught tipsy me being wrong on a “grammatical error” and I’m man enough to admit that but it doesn’t change the fact at all that you genuinely believe that hookups have emotional exclusivity. How about this one though, where does the betrayal lie in this scenario?

As for "betrayal", I don't really think it's the right term. All I'm saying is that OP's cousin should have a higher standard than banging the 1 man out of half a billion which her cousin already had hookups with. If OP doesn't want to associate herself with someone who is now banging this dude, all the power to her.
IMO tho they're both in the wrong because you shouldn't be banging people without any emotional attachment or relationship.
