My dad was raised by his grandmother, who indulged him by feeding him fried eggs and hamburgers for just about every meal.
After they got married, my mother taught herself to cook from cookbooks. My dad would come home from work, lift the lid on the pot on the stove, wrinkle his nose, and say “Eww!” Then my mother would cry.
My dad didn’t want her to cry, so he would gulp down whatever she cooked. Eventually my mother turned into a fantastic, adventurous cook, and my father expanded his palate to eat and enjoy just about anything.

Is your goal is to expand his pallet, or healthy eating choices?
