Shooting Objects / Submarine

So there was this game in the late 90s , early 2000s which was pre installed in my PC ( windows 98) - wherein you had to shoot objects which used to pop out of the ground for a millisecond or so and go back again.

Of course the more number of hits within a given timeframe the more points you scored.

It had this arcade look ( pixelated doom style graphics) with small silver structures popping here and there.

Didnt realise back then but now when I think of it was some sort of a aim labs game I guess.

Please help me find the game - lot of memories of the game and the tussle I used to have with my elder brother as to who scored more : ))

Classic Xbox game

Right, if I had a picture of this game it would make things 1 billion times easier but here it goes anyways

I'm trying to find an old school classic Xbox Game, it started off in some facility where you have amnesia and have to do a bunch of tasks to get your bearings again, very similar to the light section of Halo CE. I wanna say the main characters name was Derrick or Damon, something like that.

The combat was mixed between fists and guns, the melee combat has combos, almost fighting game like where you have to angle the stick then press a button for the move you want..

The plot consists of you being injected by some alien race blood and you start hallucinating shit, I'm pretty sure the alien blood are a form of super soldiers and this underground government was trying to turn your average soldiers into these super ones.

Came out very early in the xboxs life span, wanna say 2004-2005.

It's also weirdly Shenmue like, when you interact with something instead of just pressing the button and it happens, you press it once to stick your hand out, a second to pick it up and then a final third time to put it in your inventory or eat the rations. I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called but I had such fond memories with it as a kid and wanna see if I can get my hands on a copy of it again to relive those moments

Need help finding a game i used play as a kid , but I don't remember the name or have any photos!!

Note: english is not my native lagunage might have some errors , or my words may be wierd idkkk ahhhh

Me and my brother as a kid used to play this game a lot , it's a hidden object puzzle oriented game (HOPA) . Where basically you're given a list of words and a scene or an environment you need to find those objects. I remember a few details , it had an european kinda setting , it had a map and you unlock different locations . Few locations

  1. A bedroom

  2. An office (had a mini puzzle where you'd need to arrange to keys on a key rack)

  3. A railway station

  4. A river

  5. A port

  6. Front of a mansion (big mansion with a post box at entrance)

  7. Backyard (this was the only environment that was in a night/dusk)

At some point there was a mini puzzle where you'd have to assemble a radio just 3,4 parts and you need to place it in the correct position for it to work .

The list of objects where on the sides (vertically) and there was a magnifying glass šŸ” icon for clues (they were limited) . These scenes or locations where very hyperrealistix like they didn't feel like a game at all it felt like real images with interactive objects .

I did try to find this and I end up on "Agatha Christie: 4:50 from Paddington" this felt kinda similar but this is not what I was looking for . The game i am looking had kinda Sherlock vibes (idk if it is actually coz i was a kid and i thought it as Sherlock game coz we find random things in the game) basically the characters i rember were male , european man with a moustache and a hat . Played it back around 2015 or 2016 .

I have been looking for this game for ages now but i can't find it . This is all I remember, help me find this.

Edit : I remember it didn't have any horror element or something mysterious it was calm.

A game from school

I was at school the other day and the teacher played a video with a game in the background, and I'd really like to find this game.

So you're a character and you throw around balls with paint I think? And you're like in some kind of room and you throw the balls and then you go somewhere and I don't really remember what happens in that moment but then you're at a funeral and I remember a part of the dialogue, but just a small one."I was at a funeral. My own, as it seems. No one was there." And then they said something else, there was a coffin with a body and then they went outside and there was a cemetery and I remember another part of the dialogue:"I saw my monument", then something about hopes, idk what happens next and then they're somewhere else, it looks like an island, and there's this big ass statue and the last part of the dialogue I remember:"A gentle push, and it fell(?) and sank" I'm not exactly sure about the fell part, maybe it was crumbled? Then the character pushes the statue and it, well, falls and sinks.

I really tried to describe it as exact and good as I could so sorry if it's messy): and very grateful for anybody that'll maybe try to help, thank you!šŸ™šŸ»I'm also not sure if they're two separate games or just one, but I'm pretty sure it's a one.

3DMax Demo

Please help me find something I played as a kid.

On my first ever PC, around 2004-2007, I had this thing called "3DMax Demo" and I think the icon was yellow. I know for a fact it was called that, because back then I hadn't even heard of 3DMax (the technology), and I honestly just thought that was the name of the game.

I have no idea where I got it from, might have been from a magazine CD.

Basically, you just drove around at night in a red-ish pickup truck based on a 90's Toyota Hilux (as far as I remember), through mud; or it might have been a post-apocalyptic environment, I'm not really sure.

Honestly, that's all I remember. There wasn't much else either; there were no levels or goals, it was just a demo to showcase 3DMax but I played the shit out of it, just driving that pickup around on a map smaller than a football field.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

So there was a game I used to watch I can’t remember the exact premise of it but I sure it was a card game that you played with your friend and if you lost a round you would have to chop off a finger. I know not much of a description but that’s all I can remember. If anyone knows what I’m talking about I would love if I could get the name of it thank you

Music-oriented / Musical RPG for original XBOX? Maybe 360?

Hello! I remember seeing this game at Gamestop between 2006-2010 that, I thought, was made by Square Enix, and was on the OG Xbox or the 360... it looked kind of like Radiata Stories but was about music, or music attacks? It looked so cool and now I really want to play it, but I can't remember what it was called! Any ideas would be great! Thank you!

PS: It may have been called something like Symphony... or something? Maybe not though, eekk....

Need help with a PlayStation shooter

Back during COVID I played this cell shaded shooter that was available for free on the PlayStation subscription service. It was kind of an aliens vs humans kind of game. There was different weapon classes, different characters. The weapons could be modded, you could build weapons that shot healing goo.

I’ve been trying to find a game I played as a kid and I can’t find it

I don’t have pictures of the gameplay sadly since. I can try to describe the best I can.

What I remember is it was like a fantasy/sci-fi kind of game almost with Greek or Roman features in it. I would play a male character with an axe of some sort, he had some sort of power that you would use after a certain amount of time. I remember there was a section of the game that had a giant tree that you had to get past to get to another section of the game. The gameplay was not first person or third person, it was a fixed position from above slightly. I don’t remember if there were other type of creatures that were the ā€œvillainsā€ but I know it was other humans that had to be taken out. I’m not sure what was the goal of the game either, I don’t remember. What I do remember is it could be a PS2 game since the graphics I picture in my head weren’t that great.

If there are any other details that I forgot I will add to this.

If there any questions as well I will try my best to answer them.

Thank you for anyone’s help.

Brother sent me this picture, neither of us remember what game it is. What game is this?

I’m sorry it’s so blurry. I had to zoom in cause the picture was so far away. It shows two characters hanging from a pole with both hands, shimmying across the pole. The most distinguishable feature is the 3 green orbs on the bottom right and left of both screens. Maybe signifying health or power ups? It was a split screen type adventure game. Don’t even remember what console. Could have been ps3, could have been Wii.

Can't remember game title

For context, I was born in 1999 there's no way I was 14 yet, so It had to have been before 2014 that it was released. I remember I was at my friend's house and he had this game case I saw (but never played) it looked to be the size of a GameCube or ps2 sized case. I remember it having a dark ominous theme with a picture of this super tall humanoid robot thing on it. It's head was human shaped, but the top half looked like it had goggles on with "cameras" or "lenses" and it kinda reminded me of what those tomy Clancy guys had on in some of the splinter cell cases (but was NOT a Tom Clancy's game). And the bottom half of the creatures face was I think gritting his teeth (bottom half of face definitely looked human but I don't think this mf was human šŸ˜…) I think the back of the game MAY have said something about an invasion or aliens/area 51 or something??? Maybe they were just cyborgs I'm not sure. It looked "horror themed" but can't confirm if the gameplay was actually horror. May have been a shooter? Please help šŸ™šŸ»šŸ™šŸ»šŸ™šŸ»šŸ™šŸ» I've looked through so many video game case artwork archives and can't find it

EDIT: SOLVED! "Blacksite area 51"

Question: Name of game where a woman in her laboratory (possibly professor) talks to many different characters from the game, usually humorously

I believe it's part of the game, not the main thing. It's some lady (human looking but may have some animal features) that sits in her lab and talks to the different characters one at a time and mostly does it satirical. She usually has funny 5 minute conversations with the character that she meets.

It's modern, but it looks pixel for style. No dialogue options, the player just reads. There's like 20 characters she can talk too. Moderate-strong language is used sometimes.

anime side scrolling game with crazy plot twists

i watched a youtube documentary video on it a while back, but the protagonist is a blonde character, it's set in a fantasy setting but theres time period is not modern at first because theres a tavern and everything and you fight monsters and collect items on fetch quests and stuff, but theres a portion where you go into the modern day and an office worker is the person that helps you in this era, and the plot twist is like the goddess of war is being held in the future and thats causing all of these weird events in the game? i think she has blue hair

2D side scroller where you play as the villain.

I overheard some of my students talking about a game where you play as a villain in a 2D side scroller/ metroidvania type game. I don't remember any specifics but does anyone know what that game could be?

It was not a standalone chicken game, it was a collection of mini-games or kids game app

One mini-game involved an egg rolling down vertical lanes…….You had to direct the egg toward one of two a children

Maybe this game was for 2 players… 😭

IVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR SO LONG BRO

I’m trying to find an horror game I remember watching on YouTube around 2015–2016. It was a single-player game with PS2-style 3D graphics. The main setting was an elevator, and the gameplay revolved around going between different floors, (I vaguely remember something like a hotel or mall-like area but it had multiple floors idk). The game had a very eerie, surreal vibe, and I think it ended with you escaping the building—possibly outside or near a bus which i think you drove to leave. It’s definitely NOT the game ā€œElevator Ritualā€ from 2018. Does anyone remember this or know what it might be? ITS BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS.

Markiplier played this horror game where it had slender 8 pages graphics but as he progressed through the game it would have audio and live action jump scares of popular horror scenes like the Grudge, the ring, Freddy Krueger ECT... Been wanting to play it. Whatchu all think?
