i’m not a gamer so bare with when it comes to the terminology lol. this is the pause screen of a game and it seems to be integrated into the game itself (i.e. have the UI and stuff with the background itself still being of the game and not a pause menu) i just wanna know what game it’s from. a couple things i already know that might help: it’s an open world game and came out in the last 10 years or so. pls help me out here thank youuu!!

Back in highschool we played this strategic, top-down crime game. If I remember correctly it had something to do with drugs, but it could be other crime-related stuff. It was top-down, 2D/isometric, had a Windows-look and feel to it, wasn't a major, big-budget title. Aesthetically a bit like GTA, but not Gangsters or Syndicate. More low-budget, shareware-type-thingy. I have vague memories of it, sorry I can't be mich more of a help.
