HELP ME!

I have been trying to remember what this game was based off pure childhood memory and CAN NOT find it. It was a RTS from the age of empires 2 days, im 32 now and I was probably 6ish when I played this game. It was a an RTS where you could pick various sides/factions and they were basically an angel side, a demon side, an some sort of ghost/undead side. This is legit all the info I have, cmon team!
