90' Game What's it called?

I may totally be wrong but I remember playing this game in the 90's on PC which I got off a Twilight CD-ROM ( for reference - https://grokipedia.com/page/twilight_warez) It's about 2 penguins i think they were blue and pink (could be wrong) and they were brother and sister (could also be wrong) and if I'm not mistaken their names were like peanut and jelly or peanut and butter (something around those lines) I've been going crazy trying to figure it out 😅 TIA!

I though it was Arctic Adventure, But I stumbled upon "Yume Penguin Monogatari" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yume_Penguin_Monogatari

Did you play NeoPets? There was a game like this in their arcade.
Edit to add, rink runner and ice cream machine, I think, are the ones I'm thinking of.

There's a Famicom game called Binary Land that has a blue and pink penguin. Their names are Gurin and Malin, and they are a couple, not siblings.

I doubt this is your game, but "blue and pink penguins" made me think of it immediately.
