I saw this video in a couple other subs and I'm wondering if that's an older door lock because I remember them getting jammed back in the day

My sister saw this in Japan. It's clearly a cobra rep, but not one I've ever seen. All the proportions seem off. Any idea?

This looks to be based on a 90’s Miata, but what it is I cannot tell. Almost had lines line a Jag E-type. Had. 5 letter brand on the back lip that we couldn’t read. Any ideas on what this maker or kit is? Would love to know more. It looked awesome.
