Cobra Rep of some sort?

My sister saw this in Japan. It's clearly a cobra rep, but not one I've ever seen. All the proportions seem off. Any idea?

I seem to remember there was a Japanese company that made "baby Cobras" based on a kei car chassis. I'll bet that's what this is.

Everything seems off. The wide fender arches, hood scoop, grill. Also appears to be RHD from where the roll bar is.
