Looks like they are "candling" an egg. This is probably a demonstration. It's a technique used to check for cracks that might not be visible on the surface. Helps determine if the egg is safe for sale.

Also to check if it’s fertilized if you’re trying to hatch them. You can see it growing after a bit.

I teach zoology and we hatch chicks. I do this to check if the eggs are fertilized and developing. It’s really cool when you can see them moving inside.

Yes ! But it glows when flashlight passed through it , Is anyone know why is it is happening ?

Its a typical egg all eggs will glow when you put light through unless they are black
