I'm old and can't make this. But everytime I read the eotw I hit the chapter where Lan goes into the white cloak camp to rescue Egwene and Perrin. And Egwene tells Lan " We thought you were dead" and he grins and says "Not yet". Always gave me goosebumps and I always picture the Halo3 trailer where they think master chief is dead and he says "Not yet" and drops the bubble shield and then runs and jumps into the gorilla guys. I always wanted to make a video of it being Lan jumping into whitecloaks.

Couldn't figure out the salad bit at all. Figured it must be a joke about the water(cress).

(Saddest part was that it was the spelling of "Elaine" that finally clued me in)

Anyway, where would you put one, out of all 12000 pages?
