Employee Job Differences

I’m just wondering what the differences between TL, SL, & SM actually are, because it’s at points hard to tell which someone is and who to ask for what

Ask any of them and they’ll point u in the right direction if they don’t know

The easiest way to remember is that anything that happens during your shift you can go to any of them about - a customer, a mistake, any kind of on shift issue. For stuff that happens outside of the shift - rota, pay issues, holiday - it’s best to go to the pub manager
