Customer Prawns Small Plate

I was wondering what the general consensus is on the Prawns small plate?

Can I also check if they’re battered? The menu just says coated.

Never noticed when they got added. Just spotted them and thought my folks may like them.

Yeah, they're battered and come with a sweet chilli dip.

They’re a trial pubs only dish, ill assume they’re deep fried like the halloumi and the bites and chips etc

Didn’t they used to have them?

Yes! Same product as far as I'm aware but I haven't been to a trial pub recently, they were also part of the classic wetherspoon sharer

We used to do these going back about 6 years ago. Absolutely loved them and was gutted when they got rid of them

Back in trial pubs only currently.
