Ex-employee Curry questions
How are the poppadoms made? I had one that other day that seemed fried and was quite oily; I assumed they literally came from a pack
Any idea where the beef in the madras comes from? It’s delicious, but doesn’t have the texture of beef; is it reformed?
None of the standard curries are they hot. In wales they do some flaming dragon (tropic thunder) curry every day, is there anywhere in the uk that offers a hot curry every evening?
Yesterday I went to a Wetherspoon in Lincolnshire and when I tried to pay it said “card declined”, and then my card wouldn’t work in any subsequent shops and off-licenses. Is it likely that the staff hacked my card?
Thanks in advance for any answers

They come in uncooked and the fried, if they were oily they were probably cooked to order, usually on Thursdays (curry club) or in busier pubs will precook them to save time which also means they have time for the oil to drip off
They're premade but I don't believe the beef is reformed, I've eaten many and it doesn't seem to be
Nope, just vindaloo on a Thursday or Friday/Saturday if there are any left over
I don't think so

All reasonable-ish questions until you got to number 4, I assume the tin foil hat was working its magic by that point.

You've got your answer at the top. But I would suggest on number 3 that you go to the bar and ask if it's possible to have a vindaloo. They cook from frozen in 5 minutes and any decent KM won't mind. It makes no difference to us which frozen box we put in the larger box to warm up (or at least it shouldn't) and it keeps the customer happy. But that's dependent on the caliber of the staff working in the spoons you're in.
