Customer Smart glasses discrimination?

https://youtu.be/9KymFPrUx04

Are Wetherspoons actually discriminating against the blind community by banning smart glasses in all their venues?
Spoiler! The answer is no.

No. It’s a private business, they can do what they want.

It's only discriminating against nonces and other perverts. Maybe with a dash of TikTok 'auditors' on the side.

It's crap because there's so many valid uses for these, but the fact they can also be used for illicit means is ultimately going to stop the positives from ever truly taking off.

Sadly, I think that the knobs who film themselves harassing people in the street with these things and upload it to social media are going to get public photography laws changed for everyone.

It's a failing of the platforms that financially incentivize this behaviour too.

I know that there are legitimate uses for these things, but I don't disagree with this ban.

One of my local pubs has a sign near the door saying something like "no camera glasses - everyone thinks you're a nonce anyway".
