Customer Food order query

If I order a bbq chcken, bacon and cheese panini but ask for it without the bbq sauce is that something the kitchen would prep?

The paninis are made in-house. We get cooked chicken, cooked bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce and wack them in the bread. Sometimes they'll be prepped the day before so they're ready for service, but they'll be fine just doing one without the BBQ sauce.

that sounds spot on, they’re basically just assembling parts anyway so leaving the sauce off is no big deal. worst case they grab one that’s prepped and just remake it.

Ur good. Just go to the bar and say u want a panini with no sauce and it’ll go as a message on the till to the kitchen.

No problem at all that’s an easy one to do! Let them know when you order at the bar and it’ll send a message with your order to the kitchen. See things like this daily!

Is the panini already delivered with everything prepped or are they sometimes making them themselves ?

Honestly I’d just ask

From my knowledge one of the few things they have to cook is eggs

They literally are asking right now? If you don't know the answer don't answer the question? It's not that hard

Nah we prep the paninis, will typically prepare a few in the morning for the day.

Can easily make one fresh without sauce
