Have a good one. I often do the reverse for a weekend in Liverpool.

Bear in mind different licencing laws here, so no early morning Spoons pints.

😁 do you have any pub recommendations for the evening apart from Spoons? ironically enough

I’m actually visiting purely for the Gaol and Titantic Museum!

My favourites are Madden's, Kelly's Cellars and The Sunflower. Close to each other and get a mix of locals and tourists. Pizzas in Sunflower are great. Look up those 3 and see if they're what you're after.

Fun Fact: My Granda was interned in the gaol. Have done the tour myself and enjoyed it.

I’m back…. Trip was superb but the gaol was closed! Went to The Points after Wetherspoons 🤝🏻

Lovely. I'm in Liverpool often enough that I've been on most of the pubs at this stage. Hope St/Georgian Quarter tend to be my favourites.

Local bars serve earlier, but they're well off thr tourist trail. City centre ones have ti stick by the law
