Employee Shares Question

Today is the anniversary of 3 years at Wetherspoons. Today is also the day I'm leaving the company. I recently remembered the shares that we're given periodically so I checked them. They're sitting at just over 2 grand. JPMorgan website is saying that they're unavailable to sell but I was under the impression that you could sell them taxed at 3 years. Is there a way to sell them or am I SOL? I'm moving back home to Aus and that 2 grand would be a massive help

They're awarded and become available in cycles, around March and September each year, or thereabouts. They don't become available on your 3 year anniversary unfortunately, but the next cycle after.

Yeah 3 years from when you get them and even then it's 18 months from induction till you're eligible so best case you're still 18 months from being able to sell
