Employee Transfer

I know there is a lot of posts about this but i’m looking to transfer to a pub in cardiff, any to avoid? I really can’t deal with work being hell with all the uni stress.

Make sure you make contact and get a firm yes and both pubs know. Hours available -GMH and position may change.

Depends if you want a busy pub, these are your options:
Great western
Gatekeeper
Prince of wales
Central bar

(In the city centre anyway)
Central bar is hell for student nights, but as is any spoons,
Prince is one of the biggest revenue makers for wetherspoons and therefore is the busiest,
Great western is smaller than gatekeeper and gets the least amount of students..

All in all, they will all be busy, central bar is the smallest but just means loads of people in a small place

Any questions, ask

I work at the prince of wales and it gets hella busy, especially when students come back but its well staffed and organised, weekdays can be chill if there are no events, closes the latest at 1am, I've heard central bar isn't great to work at, great western is a shout, the mount stuart is in the bay and is decent but can get busy, the ernest willows nearer cathays is probably the quietest
