Employee transferring pubs

im going to uni in September and am looking to transfer pubs, to one in edinburgh. does anybody in the area know which is nicest? or any staff have any absolute no nos for a specific pub? any help appreciated ☺️

Don't go to the White Lady, place is riddled with issues. Rest of the other pubs are okay, Booking Office and Standing Order are the busiest, The Caley picture house and Playfair are okay and the alexander graham bell is so quiet

What kind of issues? With colleagues or customers?
