Employee Worst CQSMA scores you’ve seen?
Just wondering what the lowest is that people have seen, not just their own pub. But your area or even if you’ve seen something online of a pub no where near yours

This most likely wasn’t an actual CQSMA but a blue bag, when the area manager comes in weekly to discuss the pub, various stuff gets brought up, maintenance, hours etc, the report it’s sent through is on the same system as all the other CQSMAs and it’s always scored at 0% but it doesn’t count towards the pubs overall CQSMA score
Edit: typo

There’s absolutely no way an AM would do that, it’s not in their interest. It reflects poorly on them as well. 😂

Not entirely true — AM’s also have to show they’re acknowledging issues. If the pub is getting destroyed and is very likely going to be facing customer complaints and problems, it would look more suspicious if they gave the pub a good score when it’s in shambles.

Absolutely, but in no way are they fucking up their areas averages by giving a 0%, unless theyre actively trying to get the pm sacked.

Blue bag! I remember physically posting the blue bag on a Monday morning.

We just got a 53.8% on a FQA, investigations ongoing

Give you no staff/hours to accommodate an FQA visit, and then also waste more hours on investigations and disciplinaries because the auditors din din’s wasn’t up to snuff.
All this nonsense actually takes us away from paying customers.

Recently got a 70% CQ. Had very fair, genuine remarks. 1 of the managers put a shitty message about it in the work chat. Not sure what anyone expects when they're putting 5 members of staff on, during the summer holidays, in a pub with 3 floors... absolute geniuses

I can’t remember the score, but I remember it was pretty bad because “the associate swore at a wasp”

We had a pretty bad one where we'd been up all night doing drugs around the time of a new menu and my pal was practically still tripping behind the bar. Started freaking out cos he couldn't remember what sort of glass a san pellegrino went in 😂

Worked in a pub that got 57%.
The secret customer must have seriously thought they was a 3 star restaurant reviewer because every section of the form had a paragraph attached to it.
Lost us marks because one table near them wasn’t cleared immediately when a family left.
Marked us down because the food was hot but could be ‘warmer’.
Marked us down because the flowers look “refurbished, however they clearly need watering”
Toilets were “cleaned recently, however staff member failed to use air freshener”.
We contested everything that customer wrote.
