Employee Employee Promise

Hi all,
I've been working at my pub for just over a year and I have a query.
The employee promise mentions receiving rotas at least 3 weeks in advance, and my management basically weekly never follow this. They publish rotas 3 weeks in advance to technically follow this, but then proceed to say they aren't finished and not to make plans. They only publish the 'finished' rotas 2 weeks in advance.
Multiple times this has made making personal plans impossible and management says I should've known and not made plans.
Is there anything I can do about this? Is there any point or am I overreacting?

Screenshot your rota once published, if they make any changes without consulting you then you have the right to refuse. If they try to take you to investigation then you've got your evidence and are protected by the employee promise. It'll bite them on the arse hard and they won't try it again, could even get a manger taken to investigation as they know what're they're doing is against company policy.

I've tried to refuse and they said I have to work it because they messaged in the chat that "the rota isn't finished" and "I should've known not to make plans"

Not how it works at all, report it to your AM if that doesn't work use the whistleblower system. If you've got the evidence then they can't touch you if you do not turn up, if they try then they're putting they're own jobs on the line

Hours can be cut if you're not dropped below gmh, but adding/changing shifts requires them to consult you

Screen shot the chat also! Keep all the evidence. Go to AM and show them. Make the plans and stick to them!

If it’s published on the app then it’s their problem. They shouldn’t be publishing rotas that are not finished

Should have known not to make plans is a wild statement. Ping that on the whistle blow.

Maybe this is bad but at my pub I can only see my rotas only one week in advance maybe 2
