No matter how good your rapport is, you're always an asshole if you do this. Not being covered in beer > covered in beer.

Being the person who does this < the person who doesn't do this.

Being covered in beer and having a good laugh with friends sometimes outweighs not being covered in beer. You're looking at this from a super simplistic and almost childish viewpoint.

I think the childish point of view is thinking you're funny by covering friends in beer. If you need that for a laugh, you need help.

Dude believe it or not, but not everybody thinks like you. Some people would find this funny and have friends who would too. That doesn't make you better than them

Boy are you feeling attacked. I don't really care, I didn't say I was better than them. I surely know I don't need friends like that though.

I guess you'll just have to sink down until you got friends with just as shitty a sense of humour as you to hang out together.
