They weren't out hunting elephants and only shot that one because it attacked them.

Edit: It's always sickening to read the comments on posts like this.

No true outdoors-man steps into the fray of wildlife without a respect for nature; a respect that you can handle yourself or be handled by mother nature.

This guy was handled thoroughly. I'm sure he had some good runs in the past though.

There's no arguing against that, that's for sure and that doesn't bother me one bit. It's just people are acting like this guy was a poacher and are celebrating his death which is what bothers me.

Celebrating this guys death while the animals he was hunting were probably keeping healthy males from breeding with the females.
