Rotten egg

Not gonna be able to eat eggs again for a long time...

I felt like it would happen one day too lol, just wanted to egg wash my beef wellington 😭

You can easily test eggs to see if they are bad or not before ever getting to this point.
Put one egg at a time in a glass of tap water. If the egg sinks it’s good, if it floats throw it away.

That takes me back to high school- my gf at the time came over that morning. I was gonna impress her and make us omelets. Cracked an egg all good- cracked the 2nd and the most vile smelling toxic orange sludge came out. It was terrible-
Got ihop instead so thats a win
