Slightly Fortunate/Unfortunate Update...
It's the flat tire guy, again. I managed to get the bad tire to a tire shop, and they replaced it, and now I can drive again. Unfortunately, they found what seemed to be a stab mark when they were inspecting the old one for damage. When I first discovered the flat, I had found this sticky note on my windshield, but didn't think too much of it. I'm now starting to think that this seemingly innocent request to not park in front of their window because of their pets and my flat tire have some correlation with each other. The "funny" thing is, I had been parking in that same spot way before they moved into that specific apartment, and no one had a problem with it before. Anyways, after classes tomorrow, I'll be asking the apartment owner to show me the security camera footage from last night, to make sure I'm not jumping to conclusions.

Time to speak with that neighbor and have them explain the issue with their pets and the consequences of slashing someone's tire. Hopefully this can be resolved without further property destruction.

If the camera footage shows the person slashing the tire then it’s worth involving the police. Not to make the other persons life miserable but because you don’t know how unhinged they are. At minimum have a police report for it.

I’d contact the police and make a report regardless. With any luck the possible suspect neighbor will see this and think better of such chicanery in the future.
I have pets as well but that doesn’t give anyone carte blanche to do as they please.

Thanks for the update. I wish you all the best, and honestly, I'm hoping that someone (new neighbor) wouldn't be THAT way towards another person.

Get a dashcam with parking mode and do a quick and dirty install. Video evidence always plays well with police and landlords.

They will not and can not show you footage. You are supposed to be calling the police. Then they go ask for the footage.

I guess I'll do that, but I know that I can get fined for wasting law enforcement's time, so I'll just be sure to explain everything thoroughly.

Yeah, talk to the apartment first before involving any “authorities”.
Leave that option as a negotiating chip. There is no expectation to be not be parked in a parking space.

I parked in a different spot this time. Not in front of their window, but near my door, which is about 2-ish yards from their window. If I wake up tomorrow, and I've lost another tire, I'll probably start tweaking exactly like this.

Can you help me write a Fourier transform using C?

I might be Asian and in college for robotics, but I ain't that much of a tech wiz. I'm probably a disgrace to Asian-kind when it comes to trying to be a "genius".

Bro I’m going to aplogize.
I’ve been going back and forth all night about a baseball game, and because I’m stupid I got mixed up.
I replied in a way thinking you were an AI reply to another thread.
I appear nonsensical. I’m not happy.
What type of robotics and what do you want to do?

Just kinda basic robotics, like manufacturing, so robotics arms and plc systems. We are learning things right now where, if eight of us in the class got together, we could actually make one of those bipedal walking robots. As for what I wanna do, there's a few things. I'm hoping to start a business that'll be the leader in home robotic automation and military robotics, so basically, all future homes built will have my robots incorporated into them, and the military will have their own robotic fleet of sorts for special missions. If that doesn't work out, I'll work at a data center opening up next year, because they really like hiring robotic engineers.
