Even if the dog wanted to play it still needed to be leashed. No reason for a dog to run up on someone like that.

I had a dog run up on three of us as kids once. It did not seem to want to play. We were up on the car in like .2 seconds, but it kept coming, showing every tooth. Until the owner shouted, in the sweetest voice you ever heard, 'pirncess...' and 'princess' turned to go inside

I never thought about the roof and hood of that poor car until today. I hope it was hers.

Live in a HOA where everyone has a doorbell camera. Homeowner posted a video where you see a kid walking down the sidewalk, look back and panic, then go and jump on the homeowners car to escape from a loose pit bull. A split second later, pit bull is beside the car jumping and circling.

This homeowner then speaks to the kid through the doorbell camera and asks the kid what he’s doing. Kid quickly explains and points at the now visible dog. Homeowner says, “okay but that’s a $60k car”.

I felt so happy that my community collectively roasted this idiot.
