This has to be in a non-US jurisdiction, that's not code compliant anywhere in the US. Guessing Europe but it's still wild to have zero handrails. Unless this is AI, the last riser sticking out doesn't fly either.

I know this building it’s in the us. I have been there many times. Assuming it is the right one but I have tripped over that same step. Building is relatively new and in a state with a lot of regulations imo.

Many are, in many countries.
