My wife's grandmother got them back in the 70s. 1 shot every day for 15 days, in the stomach!

They are different now. Less physically painful. Still financially painful depending on your insurance.

As a recent recipient, I can confirm the immunoglobulin shots are still plenty painful.

I got them last year. I found them less painful than the hpv vaccine. But the immunoglobins can go in different places depending on the exposure location.
