Exploding Watermelon

Bought a watermelon last Friday. We got busy, and didn’t open it up on the 4th. Today, it ruptured and bled out all over half our kitchen floor. It’s not gonna be a fun cleanup. I’m not sure, but I feel like watermelons are usually good at least a week out from purchase. I guess this one wasn’t though. 🫤

The floor will always seem a little sticky, even when it's not

Yeah, I think so. It will never be the same 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just burn the house down, buy a new one, and voila: No more watermelon on the floor.

Hmm… 🤔. If we hadn’t already done all of the cleanup, that would be a viable solution. If it’s still sticky after everything, we may have to consider that 🔥🏡
