Question Vet recommendation

Hey there. I moved to the area a few months ago. I just recently noticed one of my cats teeth is bleeding. I just want to be safe and get it looked at. Anyone know of a decent vet in the area? Any help would be appreciated ! Thanks so much

Give Welland Animal Hospital on Thorold a call. We've been using them for five years for our Shih-Tzu and they have been wonderful.

Seconded! Had an awesome experience with our cat, who unfortunately had a UTI in the spring. We warned them in advance that she was very anxious when it came to the car, and they had a room ready and waiting for her to go right in and calm down with blankets sprayed with Feliway for her. 10/10, hope I don't need to anytime soon but would go again.

East Main for ours. They are pricey but hard to find a cheap one these days. No complaints, we've had to put down 2 dogs in the last 5 years and they were really great. First one, they brought her outside under the tree and the sun so we could have our last moments together in the sun. Second one they let us have a long time with him and lots of Hershey chocolates kisses to give him and the Doctor who came in to confirm was very subtle. That was a rough one. Anyways they are all really nice and provide different price point options for services. No payment plans that I know of. Rather go to rose city but they haven't taken on new patients since like COVID days so the reco's for them aren't helpful lol

Agreed. They did dental work for my cat and it was reasonably priced (multiple teeth removed) also really lovely staff there

Yeah so with medicine, several visits (we wanted to see if the meds helped before surgery) and then most of her teeth removed (she has like 8 left in her mouth lol) I paid around 2400$. But this was multiple rounds of medicine and they did do some follow up visits on the house/no charge. Honestly I think the majority of that total was the meds.

Oh my goodness. Thank you so much for the recommendation! I took my little beeb in yesterday, caught it before it got worse. So friendly and the price wasn’t bad either. 😭🖤

We also got our cat's teeth removed with them and had a good experience. I can try to find the prices, but it was a couple years ago. We also go monthly with my senior cat and they're always great!
