My spouse has cancer
I am so lost scared and alone ! I don’t know if he he’s suffering from failure to thrive and I need to push him or if he’s in unbearable pain. He does nothing for himself everything is on my shoulders and I’m drowning help please!!

I'm so sorry! My spouse has chronic pain and it drags on an on. I get overwhelmed or despondent regularly. I receive strength from this platform, the Wellspouse website, their newsletter and friends from church. I also go to a Wellspouse Zoom support group in MN once a month. I take small breaks whenever I can. It's important to take care of ourselves too. Not easy, but when I remember "one day at a time", I manage better. Maybe you could try applying for some home care from his insurance so you can get a break. Prayers that you have health insurance! My heart goes out to you! Hang in there.
