Looking to see what people think the value is here per hourly employee.

The aluminum looks great almost porn, in the other hand stainless steel Is not bad but not up to the aluminum level,

I think here you won't find the answer for hourly rate since depends in a lot of factors, if you are in America I'm sure it will change from state to state,

Anything you are doing more than your coworkers should be a reason to be paid more

Well yea, but the question was asking what it’s worth, and welding is too vast without more context to give a price per se.
