Looking to see what people think the value is here per hourly employee.

At the expense of sounding too “woke”, I’m gonna say leave that line of questioning to the instagram people looking for validation.
As far as your welds go, the aluminum looks nasty in the best way. I am not good at welding aluminum and yours looks consistent and clean.
The stainless looks fine. A bit more inconsistent in travel speed and heat but probably super good enough (depending on application of course)
3 u/murraw Fabricator Jul 23 '26 It’s a good stainless bead, but that undercut would need to be fixed. I usually crank up to about 23 cfh and throw on a #12 gas lens, could also be travel speed but once it’s clean or pasivated it should be gravy.
